7/22/11 blood pressure

In an effort to help neighborhood residents make healthier lifestyle choices, a health fair will be hosted this Saturday, July 23, 2011 at the Senior Center. Local medical organizations will team up with community leaders to provide blood pressure screenings as well as cholesterol, body mass index, asthma and glaucoma tests from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free CPR kits are also available to take home.

I like to go to health fairs to check my blood pressure. Giving blood occasionally is another good way to get a free blood pressure check.
