Another beautiful sunny hot and humid summer day in South Carolina! I was up and out showing homes early this morning. I hope you will say a little prayer that IF this home is the right one for my client that selling it will be the right thing for everyone involved.
I always hope that when I sell a home or any other real estate, that it is the best thing for the seller, the buyer, and everyone that this sale will impact. I don't think you should say a prayer for your benefit, such as making a sale to earn a commission check.
Instead, I like to think that the sale of a property can bring happiness and peace to the buyers and sellers. Maybe it will mean the sellers can move to be closer to loved ones or take a job on the other side of the world. Maybe it means the buyers will have the home of their dreams, a place to create many fond memories.
