Thanks for stopping by, everyone. Recently the Realtor Assn. released ZipLogix e-signing tool, which is also free, but it was a flop. DocuSign has really mastered the market over the past few years, they know what features are important and always improving the ease of use. ~ Regina Brown

This is great news about the free version of docu-sign. When I sign up to be a REALTOR again, I shall be sure and sign up for docu-sign. I think it is wonderful to eliminate using paper whenever possible. No more claims of missing faxes or undelivered documents. Everyone in the transaction can see the initials and e-signatures, and they are much clearer not having to be faxed over and over again.
