Wow! Thank you so much!! Sorry to be so late to get here to acknowledge this, but I have been working to close an escrow in --- you guessed it --- Elk Grove. It is a gorgeous waterfront home in the Laguna West neighborhood, and the buyers are very happy. I am excited about the good news I wrote about, and I guess that came through in my post.
