It’s a rainy Sunday in the Dallas area, I am happy to say. The weather professionals got it wrong…originally forecasting only a 20% chance of rain in the area, with the best chances remaining to the west. But, our prayers were answered and it has been a lovely rainy day – much needed rain. So, this is one time I am very pleased that the computer models got it wrong. And, although the rain may interfere with some of the great local activities such as the Texas Rangers ballgame and the State Fair of Texas – I think most North Texans will gladly take the rain – we need quite a bit to make up for our current 10+ inch deficit.
