Belle Creek Homes for Sale- Oakwood Homes Sold Data 2011
When my clients are looking at Belle Creek Homes that are for sale, there are a few options to consider. The first homes built in Belle Creek were constructed by New Town Builders in 2001.
Since then, the real estate market has been gone on a wild ride throughout the Denver metro area, and Belle Creek was not immune. New Town's vision for Belle Creek was not completed, and newly built homes did not appear for several years.
Last year, Oakwood Homes optioned the remaining lots in Belle Creek and began new construction once again. Now, clients looking at Belle Creek homes have a choice- they may see something for sale in the existing homes, or they may choose to build a new Oakwood home.
