Visiting the Silversmith in Colonial Williamsburg
In the 18th century in Colonial Williamsburg, buyers had to plan ahead for their jewelry and silverware purchases since they all had to be hand made to order. During our recent visit to the silversmith, they were demonstrating the crafting of a silver goblet. This is a very interesting place to visit on your next trip to Williamsburg.
