Tom-  Nice clean home in Frisco.  I use to live in Frisco and it's a great place to raise a family.  So many wonderful events in the community.   By the way, teachers, city employees and Frisco Rec employees get a $5K grant if buying within Frisco.  It's a very easy grant that Frisco offers to their employees.
