As we think we do
What we continuous think about we program into the computer of our mind and in our thoughts.
What we think about most often creates thought patterns in our thinking that will filter into actions.
Thoughts become a habit in our thinking and with positive programming of our thoughts we take on a positive personally. We will tend to look at life through a positive prism.
As we think we do and become.
A positive thinkers mind will be expand in their thought and we will find thoughts reaching greater levers of thinking.
Positive thinking is a positive habit, negative thinking is a habit as well. A habit of negative thinking can be broken by replacing the negative thinking with new thoughts.
Replace the negative thoughts with new positive affirmations. In the times that you catch yourself drifting into a negative thought replace that thought with a positive affirmation.
When you practice this method affirmation you will start to remove the negative thinking from your thought pattern.
In about 30 days you will start to notice a shift in your thinking patterns and that you have systematically been removing the old thought patters from your thinking.
As we think we do as you change your thinking you change what you’re doing and your results.
