767 Marsh Rose Path in Meadowlands Golf Community in Calabash, NC will be available in May for an annual lease, again. The community is surrounded by three other golf courses and Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach are just minutes away. The home was built for my son so it has many, many upscale (expensive) features security system, beautiful cherry floors, stainless appliances, and many features which will mean nothing to a tenant but alot when our market improves and the house can be sold several years down the line. Three bedrooms are downstairs and the BROG has it's own private bath...one of three. Property is surrounded by woods and is the only home on this quiet cul-de-sac. It is a rural community that is 10-15 minutes to North Myrtle Beach, SC and 45 minutes to Wilmington...connects to major highways.
What are we looking for in a tenant...good credit, good housekeeper, yard person or willing to pay a service, and a person who will appreciate the quality of this home. What do we promise...to do repairs promptly and do our due diligence in the community. There is a POA who maintains pool and clubhouse.
