Magnolia Real estate Update
The Magnolia community is located northwest of downtown Seattle and is connected by two bridges located on the south and north ends of Magnolia. Magnolia offers some of Seattle’s best views of Mount Rainier and the Olympic Mountains as well as fabulous views of Puget Sound.
Magnolia has a nice neighborhood niche mix of home prices. Both the bottom-tier(homes priced from $394k-$405K) and lower middle-tier (homes priced from $406K -$628K) are showing steady signs of inventory growth and prices trending upward.
Upper middle-tier homes ($629K-$1.05M) and upper –tier (homes over $1.5M) are showing signs of inventory levels increasing while prices have continued trending downward since the first of the year.
