There are two one-bedroom condo units on the market today and they are for $195,000 and $290,000. Considering that they are both in Harbour Village and are pretty similar, the difference in price is quite surprising.
But the fact that there are only 2 one-bedroom condos offered for sale in Ponce Inlet is not surprising. One-bedroom units have never been popular with developers, so if you are in the market for a condo in Ponce Inlet, do not assume that they are less expensive.
Not always the case. If you look at 2-bedroom condos on the market, the lowest price is $122,500, and there is even one in Harbour Village for $169,000, which is an excellent price.
Last year there was only 1one-bedroom condo units sold in Ponce Inlet, again in harbour Village. It was sold for $130,000. I do not need to point the difference between the prices on the market, and what this unit was sold for.
For how much it was listed? What was the discount? Oh, it was listed for $130,000, so there was no discount.
