I Like my Caviar Naked!!

By
Real Estate Agent with DWELL REAL ESTATE BK3105105

I love naked caviar.  No toast point, egg or onion for me.  No little pancakes wrapped around these succulent eggs, masking their tart and salty taste will do for me.  Just give me a spoon and leave me to my indulgence.  Others may feel the same guilty pleasure from a carton of their favorite ice cream and know exactly what I am talking about.  Sarasota is now an even better place for me to live because Mote Marine Laboratories are producing and selling this fabulous delicacy right here in my own backyard.

They operate the nation’s largest recirculating research facility for marine and freshwater aquaculture in the entire U.S. and are developing new fish production techniques 17 miles from any saltwater coastline or large body of fresh water.  I had stopped eating caviar for many years because of the over fishing in the Russian waters and the gradual decline of the numbers of sturgeon.  With this program the sturgeon is no longer at risk and I am at Mote once a week for my caviar “fix.”  Please click on the link below to learn more about the years of incredible research that have made this possible and then order some on-line and enjoy the burst of flavor as you bite into each egg and savor the flavor running across your tongue.  I love caviar!

Marnie-I have to admit the few times I've had cavair I've needed all of the extra's to go along with it.  Glad you like it naked and of course living in a beautiful Sarasota isn't a bid deal either.
