Gary Woltal brings our deeper thinking to the surface when he writes. This post is no exception! Not only does he remind us about human nature but reminds about the expressions of our souls in PUBLIC ART !!!

Appreciating our freedom of choice allows us to enjoy many aspects of our lives and for me - PUBLIC ART - is a major enjoyment when on the road.
Thanks, Gary!

Entrepreneur WorldIt used to be if junior went to Mom and Dad as a teenager and said that they wanted to be an actor or actress they were met with the response, "I hope you like washing dishes." But in today's economy more and more

We Are Becoming A Free Agent Nation.

A nation of small businesses and entrepreneurs and the vast corporate America jobs seem to be drying up. Those in real estate embrace this but for others it is downright scary.

Health benefits you can be on your own. Income can have WAVES rather than steady biweekly paychecks. This Philadelphia sculpture encourages us to break out of the rut of doing the same thing for 40 years and that somehow your life is programmed from college to collecting Social Security. Even if we think of that idea as some sort of SECURITY the current economy is not even allowing for it. SOMEHOW you must learn to monetize your skills as services or working selling a product.

The entrepreneurial world -- sure it can be scary, but it can be very fulfilling as well if you get some momentum going and above all

I am a third generation landlord and my grandfather started his SECOND career in real estate after retiring from teaching.  Real estate is a GREAT profession to get in to - EARLY or LATE in life

Thanks to downsize many Americans have had their molds broken. The days of graduating from college and spending a career in the same company are gone!
