If you have the kind of business that is busting at the seams with purchases and listings, I understand you have no room for rentals, however, the rental market is exploding, at least here in Northern, Virginia. Who said we couldn’t do both? We still are faced with short
sales and foreclosures, and yes, these people have to find somewhere to live, so this is why REALTORs® help someone obtain a rental when they could be
helping someone buy a house:

- It provides a source of leads for prospects who want to buy next year
- It provides a source of leads for tenants who may want to buy this year and didn't realize they were able to
- It provides quick paychecks (relatively small but they add up!)
- It allows you to become more familiar with houses, neighborhoods, models, features, etc
- It allows you to become more proficient with CMAs, MRIS, Zipforms, DocuSign, etc
- It allows you to practice and perfect your communication skills
- It allows you to interface with and build relationships with other agents
- It builds your knowledge, experience and confidence.
