Your service separates you from the pack
Consumers are setting the standards for the level of service that they expect. When the level of your service doesn’t meet the consumers’ expectations they will move on and find the professional or company that will.
Far too many people feel the price is the number concern of the consumer and that they will not buy the product or service unless they get the lowest price.
Where the price is low and the service or the quality is not up to the customers standards the lower price doesn’t deliver the value to the consumer and that’s the end of the business relationship.
Where the price is right and the service and the quality is not up to the consumers standards the end result will be no future business.
When you start to work with a customer find out their motivation and what their hot bottom are, price, quality or service. Once you understand the customers expectation you role will be to meet and exceed their expectations.
In the long run your customer service separates you from the pack . . . WOW them and your service will create future business and referral opportunities.
