SUNDAY BLESSING ~ ANOTHER DAY TO RUN!
Each time I am able to go out and run or to participate in a race I am very thankful to just be running another day. There are so many people who don't have the option of running. I always try and remember this and to be thankful for each and every step.

Hi Paula. You are doing a wonderful thing with your running. I used to love to participate in all the charity and fund raising events for 5k or 10K runs, but I stick to walking these days. Have a Blessed Sunday Night!
