Motivational Power Quote
Always Tell Yourself The Truth
“The art of living lies not eliminating but in growing
with trouble .”
Bernard M. Baruch 1870 – 1965, American Financier, Statesman,
Philanthropist,
As I see it . . . . . . .
Always tell yourself the truth
The worst lie that you can ever tell . . . . is the lie that you tell to yourself.
There are many things that will come in to your life that you would like to avoid thinking about or to be in denial that they are occurring. Both will affect . . . . your thinking and involves stress.
When you are in denial about conditions in your life you are lying to yourself. Denial won’t make things better . . . . the conditions fester’s and worsen with time.
There are a couple of choices . . . . You can allow the conditions to continue unabated and grow worse. Or you can tell yourself the truth about the condition and address it.
There may be pain involved with both . . . . allowing the condition to go unabated causes long term pain and stress that will allow the condition to get out of control.
Addressing the condition may very likely causes short term pain . . . . Along with the pain you will able to see the light at the end of the tunnel to remove the conditions from your life.
Always tell yourself the truth . . . . and you will have far less stress and pain in your life.
