We Told You it Would Sell in 7 to 12 Days – It Sold in 8

We just closed on a great tri level home in Sterling Hills in Aurora, CO. When we met with the sellers and signed up their listing, we told them it would sell in 7 to 12 days. They were very skeptical about our prediction. On day 8, we brought them 3 offers to choose from. Now they are believers.

This great home located at 2363 S. Fundy Way in Aurora sold and closed on December 21^st for the asking price of $208,700 with no concessions.

Our sellers were so thrilled to buy a new Pulte home in Southshore where they are busy getting settled and hosting family for Christmas.

The sellers did a wonderful job with all of the upgrades to their home. They also moved things out that we told them cluttered the space. Since the wife was Mrs. Clean, the home showed like a dream.

We just love it when sellers listen to our advice.
