This edition of the Jacksonville NC Real Estate Market Report includes the latest monthly numbers through November 2012.

Jacksonville NC Re-sale home sales that experienced a steep decline last year and the first part of 2012 have leveled off. Re-sale numbers are actually up 1% this year from the same time period (Jan - Nov) as last year. New Construction sales have been steadily increasing, and my expectation is that trend will continue, at least through our local sales season in 2013. This Jacksonville NC Real Estate Market Report helps sellers be aware of current maket information so they have a full understanding of the homes they are in competition with, and can price their homes accordingly. Sellers must realize in the Jacksonville NC Real Estate market, your home is not just competing with the other homes for sale within your neighborhood...but also the homes 5 to 10 miles away within the same price range... including new construction.

This edition of the Jacksonville NC Real Estate Market report shows overall home sales are still occurring, though sales will decline each month through January of 2013 if historical trends are repeated. All reported numbers are for single family homes only. The report does not reflect the numbers for town homes, duplexes, manufactured homes nor land sales. All information is taken from the Jacksonville Board of REALTORS MLS in areas 1 - 7 (Onslow County).

The Jacksonville NC Real Estate Market Report provides information for both new construction sales plus current inventory numbers and also for re-sale home sales and inventory.
