Located at 90 South Roosevelt Avenue in Pasadena is the Roosevelt Gardens townhome complex. The 18 unit complex was built in 1991 and consists of one and two bedroom residences in a variety of multi-level floor plans with attached two car garages.
Some of the townhomes in the complex face wide tree-lined Roosevelt Avenue while the others face the tranquil garden courtyard. One of my recent visits to Roosevelt Gardens indicated the complex was considering exterior painting which if completed will enhance the appeal of the California Mediterranean-inspired architecture.
Located just south of Pasadena’s famed Colorado Boulevard, residents have many choices when it comes to shopping, dining, entertainment and culture as well as transportation. The Foothill(210) Freeway is nearby as is the Gold Line station at Sierra Madre Villa.
There are no townhomes currently available at Roosevelt Gardens with a two bedroom unit in escrow(list price $434,900). According to our local multiple listing service, there was only one sale in the last two years - a one bedroom/one bath townhome which closed in June 2012 with multiple offers for $282,000(all cash - list price $269,000).
According to our MLS, the last sale prior to 2012, was a two bedroom townhome which closed for $400,000 in 2010.
