Is there any wonder one might ask?? The beautiful blue skies (daily), the heat of the sun (plenty of vitamin D), and the general pleasantries of Hi Ya”ll entice even the most patriotic. In fact, this beautiful paradise even enticed the Donald (Trump) himself to invest in the area and buy The Point Lake and Golf Club in Mooresville, NC. Is there a better indicator of “what”s to come”?
Of course we relinquished to a new identity of Trump National Golf Club Charlotte but there are worse things that could happen. Our neighborhood “The Point” remained intact and we are feeling a positive impact on real estate once again.
So that being said, before you pack your bags for the Costa Brava, come and visit us here at Lake Norman! The sun is hot, the lake is fab, and the real estate is cheap (compared to the UK). There is a daily direct flight from Gatwick to Charlotte – easy peasy. Drinks on me!!
