Today’s Menu Monday comes from Ciao Bella Italian Restaurant, located at 2255 South 4th Avenue Yuma, Az. An ambiance of both comfort and personal dinning, Ciao Bella brings good Italian cooking to Yuma with its impressive dinner distinctions that makes it an Italian restaurant in comparison to none. On Wednesdays, Ciao Bella offers wine pairing for those wanting to learn how to pair the right wine with the right meal. In doing so, they reinvigorate the kitchen with “tapas,” or appetizers, that are brought out for you to enjoy with a glass of wine that your pallet is tastefully romancing for your approval.
The item on the menu that flirts well with me is the Lasagna Ciao Bella, which is prepared with four cheeses, pasta, sausage & marinara then finished with mozzarella. The way I look at it is if the lasagna is made with love, then the rest of the items on the menu must be equally prepared for as well.
Each bite of the lasagna is full of the flavor, from the marinara and cheese, to the pleasant surprise from each bite of the savory sausage that is in each helping. They prepare their lasagna individually in its own dish, ensuring that each plate has an equal amount of sausage, pasta and cheese, and that it wasn’t already separated from the pan, like in some of the other Italian restaurants that make it for their patrons. By the time you’ve finished the individual lasagna for one, you’ve enjoyed a great taste of all the flavors that go into identifying their Lasagna Ciao Bella, as a warm welcome from their kitchen to you.
