Currently, there are only 21 homes for sale in the upscale Country Club community of Silverthorn. Six of these properties are attached and freestanding villas, and the remaining 15 homes are single family homes. Owners of villas in Silverthorn can enjoy maintenance free living as the lawn and exterior maintenance is included in a monthly maintenance fee.
Villas are priced from the low to mid 100s. Single family homes range from approximately $170,000 to $400,000 with a variety of floor plans and amenities available.

Silverthorn Home Prices 2010 - 2012
Surprisingly, in 2012 home sales activity in Silverthorn declined over the previous year. On the bright side, the average sales price remained stable with just a slight fluctuation while the median sales price actually increased, indicating a greater proportion of sales in the higher price ranges. This is also supported by the fact that in 2012, more single family homes were sold in Silverthorn than villas compared to the previous two years.
As of this date in February 2012, there are already 12 properties under contract in the Silverthorn community, a positive sign that sales may be picking up speed in this community just as they have elsewhere.
