Are you looking for a steal, a deal or a home in Fayetteville, NC?
I have recently written contracts for several different clients and all three have had different agendas.
One client was looking for a steal...after several weeks he realized the kind of steal he was looking for is not out there. (or if it is he is not going to wait for it). He chose to go with a home that he feels like he is getting a deal on and is happy.
My 2nd buyer was looking for a deal on a home. He had several things he wanted/needed in a home and after looking and looking he finally found a home. This buyer decided his “deal” was finding a home he loved in his price range!
My 3rd buyer wants a deal, and because of this he missed out on a “steal of a deal”. This foreclosure was in PERFECT condition and the price was awesome...however he felt he had to ask for a refrigerator. Due to his instance on asking for a refrigerator and going back into negotiations, another buyer seized this opportunity and out bid my buyer. Now the buyer is out of a great home and a great deal. No steal, deal or home.
The moral of the story? As a buyer in the Fayetteville market, you need to decide, are you looking for a steal, a deal. or a home? You can find all three, you just need to know what you want...or need.
