About the Ashland Neighborhood

There are approximately 800 homes, a combination of detached and townhomes, located in the Ashland neighborhood. The homes are traditional colonial style homes in a combination of brick, stone front and siding. Many of the detached homes have front porches and are situated tree-lined streets. Ashland is located off of Route 234 (Dumfries Road) less than 5 miles from I-95. Residents can enter the neighborhood off of multiple entry points on Dumfries Road and also off of Spriggs Road. Ashland is close to Quantico MCB and multiple commuter lots for travel to the Pentagon and DC.
