Pasadena CA - Even in a Hot Real Estate Market, There Are Deals for Buyers

Even in a hot real estate market - such as the one we are experiencing in Pasadena, the San Gabriel Valley and nearby foothill communities within the city of Los Angeles, there are buyer deals on homes to be found.

Recently, I represented a buyer of this charming circa 1927 cottage in the Madison Heights district of Pasadena. With two bedrooms, two baths the home originally came on the market in December at $719,000 and with a dramatic price reduction to $649,000 in February, my client closed the home for $615,000 in an area surrounded by much higher priced homes. Located near the Gold Line Fillmore station between South Lake Avenue and Old Pasadena, the home has many structural updates and will benefit from some refreshing that will make it the ideal place to call home.
