I am not the only one enjoying my flowers

Morning everyone-Yesterday when I was out in the garden I was looking for something in the shed and when I looked over I was delighted by what I saw. I didn't have the camera outside with me so I went and got it and came back and my little visitor was still there. I was standing only about two feet away from him/her and was very happy that the pics I took came out clear. As close as I was I thought what a brave little thing.

baby bunny

Apparently he finally realized I was there and scampered away but I was VERY pleased I got a second clear shot of him going for safety.  He is just a little baby and cute as long as he doesn't eat my flowers.

What a cutie that is!  I use to have a small family of rabbits that occupied my backyard.  They can be destructive little critters, but fun and cute to watch!

Your nature you have worked on Sharon is attracting MORE of nature to it. It is awesome that you were able to grab the camera and the rabbit did not scamper away. I think he felt comfortable in your beautifully cultivated patch. I agree your photos came out so clear....

Hi Sharon, They are cute but I wish they were cute somewhere else. They do major damage in my yard and my very human effort to curb them is not working. I am not planting anything this year, one I am busy and secondly they eat faster than I can get it in. Maybe a year or two with nothing and they will find some elses yard to eat.

Thank you Michael-For a while other than sleep and other necessary thing the garden is where I will be

Thank you Dorie-I love sharing pics of nature and the garden.

Myrl-I discovered last year they like phlox. Hope they won't be a nuisance otherwise I will be taking drastic measures. I worked too hard to let bunnies eat my flowers regardless of how cute.

Fernando-The human kind too. Smiling

Kristin-There is more than enough natural food for them.

Gary-I don't think he knew I was there at first and when he did then he scampered as the second pic shows

Sharon-We better or one of us will have to go and it isn't ME.

Alexandra-I was pleased it came out so clear.

Kristin-That's right he better not or he will be in BIG trouble

Tammy-I couldn't either and I will be sharing pics as more flowers emerge

William-I hear you.  They are cute but destructive. They have eaten my flower buds on my squash for two years and also ate some creeping phlox. What have you used as a deterrent?

Hi Sharon,

You are so good at planting and growing beautiful flowers. I have these two hibiscus plants I just bought, large ones, and they both have sprinklers keeping them watered. Well anyway the red one is doing wonderful but this poor pink one looks awful. Do you think it is getting too much water. I has gone downhill in the past 2 weeks and I am afraid I am going to lose it.

Help my plant

Roy-I have squirrels here too but not chipmunks.

Kristin-It might be. Try not watering it for a few days and see. The way to check to see if it is alive is scratch it with a fingernail and is it is green it is still alive. I too have my share of plants that are in not as good shape as others but as long ias it is alive there is hope.
