Cibolo TX Real Estate First Quarter Market Report Roll Up

 
Let us see what the Real Estate Market in Cibolo TX did for the First Quarter in 2013. 
 
The Cibolo TX area Real Estate Market held up fairly well for the first quarter in 2013. The first quarter consists of homes that sold with a close date of January 1st 3013 to March 31st of 2013.  There were a total of 95 homes that sold in Cibolo with an average list price of $201,961 to an average sold price of $197,704 which gives us a list price to sales price ratio of 98%.  Of that total, 42 homes were 3 bedrooms which sold at an average price of $167,646, 43 homes were 4 bedrooms with an average sold price of $208,674 and 10 of the homes had 5 or more bedrooms which sold for the average price of $276,772.   
 
Compared to the last quarter of 2012, (close date of October 1st 2012 to December 31st 2012), Cibolo TX is up both in price and in total number of sales.  There were 82 homes that sold in the last quarter of 2012 with an average list price of $192,083 to a sold price of $185,670.  Cibolo TX has a ton of New Construction Homes available for sale or that has sold so I am guessing that the growth has had a lot to do with the increase in sales.
