When compared to last year’s 1st quarter the market values for the Town of Wolfeboro are measuring a drop in sale and values for residential homes, condominiums and vacant parcels. The commercial market is void of any sales or pending transactions. It’s a bit of a slow start, but 2nd quarter activity is picking up as we head towards the prime summer months in the Lakes Region of NH.
