  • 55 New Listings… down 17.91%   
  • 14 Pending Sales…down 17.64%
  • 18 Residential Homes resulted in a successful close…down 18,18%
  • Median Priced Sold Homes…$174,000., down 22.40%  
  • Average DOM (Days on the Market) 142, up 9.72%   
  • Lowest Residential Sale… 149 Bryant Road, Wolfeboro $35,000 | .17 acre w/130’ of road frontage
