Sippin' in the Sunset

July 18: “Sippin’ in the Sunset”  The Greater Madisonville Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting this one.  It’ll include all the goodies: food, drinks and fun.  Here you can meet business owners and find out the scoop on new things happening with the chamber.

Sippin’ in the Sunset takes place from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Hook’d Up Riverside Bar and Grill located 100 Marina Del Ray on the east bank of the Tchefuncte River behind Nunmaker Yacht Sales and Storage.  R.S.V.P. is encouraged.  Call 985.845. 9824.

Jewel of Madisonville

July 20:  Jewel of Madisonville by St Anselm’s Catholic Church will take place on this date. This is going to be a great gala for the community to enjoy.  This event includes food, drinks,, entertainment and a silent auction.  The biggest item being given away the night of the Gala is a 2013 Buick Lacrosse valued at $35,000. Raffle tickets for the car cost $50.  The Jewel of Madisonville will be held from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. at the Castine Center.  For additional information call 985.845.7342.
