Boy, when a blogging mood hits, it really hits! Actually, I just received a call from another real estate agent from another company inquiring about Exit Realty. After just a few minutes into the conversation, the big question came up! I was asked why would I give up my Help-U-Sell franchise and switch to EXIT when the former company has done me well over the last few years. The only way I could explain it to her was to use an analogy only a chocolate lover could understand. I traded a hand full of delicious M&M's for a family size bag of em! I admitted that Help-U-Sell had been good to me but that when the day is done, or when the day comes to hang up my supra key, what would I have to show for all my work? Zero, zilch, nada! In real estate, most of us are only as good as our last transaction and when you spend that commission check, there is NO MORE! Now for the jumbo size bag of M&M's: Risidual Income!!!!! While your still working....when your retire....and to your beneficiary should something happen to you. Is the EXIT system Portable - Yes! Take it with you anywhere in North America. Is it Convertable - Sure is! Go from full-time to part-time to retirement and back again. Enhancable? You Bet Ya! Continue to build an income while you're active or retired. In addition, how about the highest starting commmission splits in the industry? How about NO DESK FEES, copy machine fees, moving truck fees, technology fees, etc, etc.
