The membership elected the 2014 Board of Directors at this year’s Annual Meeting Conference in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The following Members will take their leadership roles in January:

MAREMA is made up of commercial real estate, business broker, attorney, and affiliate members. Its mission is to provide the real estate professional with the essential tools, resources, information and ideas to help serve their clients and the public in general. The organization allows members the ability to network with a team of professional commercial agents and brokers. Membership is made up of licensed commercial real estate brokers and business brokers from Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia.

MAREMA's Regular Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month (except October*) at the United Bank, Suite 600 Conference Room, 2071 Chain Bridge Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182. The session starts at 10:00 a.m. with networking, a coffee reception and registration. The formal meeting begins promptly at 10:30 a.m. with Introductions, Quick Pitches, Cash/Paper Board and Property Analysis Packages. (*In October, MAREMA holds an Annual Meeting Conference over a three day weekend at a selected location.)
