Santa Cruz Real Estate Prices are still strong! Here's a chart from the MLS showing the results across 5 Counties. Average and Median prices rose 2% and 1% over September 2013, and 16% and 29% over October last year.
Inventory - the number of houses for sale - is still very low and falling across all 5 Counties analyzed.
Conclusion? It's actually a good time to list a home for sale, despite the widely held philosophy that the best time to sell a home is in the spring. Why? Because so few homes are on the market, the likelihood of selling your home is actually higher!
