Beaufort County SC Real Estate Sales Report for November 2013

While sales for the month of November, in northern Beaufort County, stayed about the same as November a year ago, 86 vs. 87, a drop of 1.1%,  we continue to see a steady increase in sales for the year. We had 1009 homes sold through November 2012, with 1189 homes sold through November of this year , an increase of 17.8%. Pending sales are also up for the year over last 13.8%.

We are also seeing increases in median sale price. November 2012 median sales price was $175,000, this year it is $180,866 and increase of 3.4%.

Home values appear to be once again on the increase driven by smaller inventories on available homes for sale. November of 2012 saw 1603 homes for sale. This year in November inventory was 1455 homes.
