Bryan Family Camp Out 2014
Time spent with family is a precious commodity. Time spent with the family in the great outdoors of Bryan is priceless. With technology taking such an in-your-face stand in our lives nowadays, it's wonderful to completely unplug and truly connect with one another. The Bryan Family Camp Out 2014 is a fun way to do that.

Where: Austin's Colony Park (located behind Harvey Mitchell Elementary School)
When: Saturday & Sunday April 12 & 13, 2014

At the Bryan Family Camp Out 2014, the City of Bryan does all the work while you and your family reap the benefits. The evening includes arts and crafts, campfire stories, games the entire family can join in on, a nature walk and stargazing. Dinner and breakfast are part of the package as well. If you're lucky, there might be a smooshy s'more or two for dessert. Part of the evening's entertainment includes a viewing of 'Despicable Me 2' under the Bryan starry skies.
Feel free to bring your own tent to the Bryan Family Camp Out 2014. However, if you don't have one, you can rent one for just $13 for a four person tent and $20 for a six person one. The City will even set it up and tear it down for you. This is a very "turnkey" event! It might be a good idea to reserve a tent in advance instead of waiting until the day of the camp out.
For more information on the Bryan Family Camp Out 2014, please contact Gwynne Shillings with the City of Bryan via email or phone at (979) 209-5518. Make it a night your family won't soon forget.
