My Activerain Success Story
Where do I start? Well I guess back in January 2008 when I joined Activerain. Little did I know back then what a great website I found. I had been making a few friends around the Country and learned a great deal from them. It was not only educational but I must admit, fun.
One day I got a call from a friend in my neighborhood who wanted to sell his country home in the Catskills. Could I help? While I was not about to drive three hours north of where I lived in Staten Island, I did have a few Activerain friends in that area. So, I sent New York "Rainer" an email.
That would be Jennifer Fivelsdal, Ambassador, but she didn't serve that area so she sent me to Debbie Walsh who worked near my friends country property. Wow, I hit a "Home run".

We had the buyer within 2 hours, all total we had 8 offers within 48 hours, went into acceptance in 4 days. This was the best sale I had in my 10 years in the business.
