Ok there is something wrong with this picture, I cannot believe the prices are lower there in Poudre River Ranch in Greeley than here in Katy, Texas. That is why I like looking at market reports in all areas! I hope you have a great start to the week!

Nice looking home, Dick. It appears as if the Poudre River Ranch neighborhood is popular with buyers. Price/list 99.7% - not bad at all.  Assume some of these homes are under construction which will mess with those DOM numbers.
