QuartzLock comes pre-mixed in 9lb and 18lb buckets, making it easily applicable and ready to use. This Urethane based grout gets its vibrant color from ground quartz and requires no sealing after application. The urethane makes is less porous so it resists dirt and staining. Have you ever had a sanded grout that was hard to keep clean? I will throw a hand up! I have felt like re-tiling an entire area just because the grout was stained near black, and QuartzLock 2 can keep that from happening. What I have found in my own installation is that this grout leaves a hazy residue that can be cleaned with Blaze Urethane Grout Cleaner.
