Internationally-noted naturopath and ayurvedic medicine expert Dr. Vivek Shanbhag is offering a free lecture, slide show and demonstration on Natural, Personalized Weight Loss & Cleanse on Thursday, January 29th at 7:30 pm.
Topics include how to lose weight and cleanse the natural medicine way, understand your unique weight metabolism, weight-reducing foods, herbs and spices, and yoga poses, breathing and meditation for weight loss and cleanse.
