Small spaces are always a challenge. You want to maximize every inch without cluttering it up. Tiny furniture is not necessary. If possible create an entry space and use less furniture of a normal scale. Lighter colors in similar shades open up an area. Warm it up with colorfull fabrics and use accessories that reflect natural light. You then have an inviting feel. This home is less than 812 sqft in size but as you can see from this slide show, has plenty of area for the necessities of life including a big TV:) This home went to contract 6 days after listing and sold for $16,100 over list.
