Coyote Creek is an environmentally sensitive master planned residential community nestled on the outskirts of Tucson, AZ. in the beautiful Rincon Valley. The community is surrounded on three sides by the Coronado National Forest with Rincon Peak standing sentinel over the pristine Sonoran desert. The community consists of only 395 homesites on almost 1000 acres with 75% of the property preserved as open space. The Coyote Creek recreation center, coming in the spring of 2008, will have ramadas, tennis court, basketball court, a horseshoe pit, BBQ area, paddle tennis court, and a playground area. There also are trails throughout the community and miles of trails in the Coronado National Forest.
Tucson's central downtown area and Tucson International Airport is only a 35 minute drive away. In the fall of 2009 the Passages of Tucson will be opening its first stores for the surrounding residents. The Passages of Tucson is a regional planned mixed use development of restaurants, retail shopping, a business center, and residential communities. The Passages will be located within 10 miles of Coyote Creek.
