Nice Day in the Frigid North
Though the day started out not so well, with one of our Foresters with a truck that did not want to start, it ended well.
Once we got the truck started he headed out to the woods and had a very productive day and I got plenty of paperwork done and took some time for visiting too.
It was a delight when I called one of my favorite heavy hitter clients to find that he was home and ready to join me for a fancy coffee at the local espresso joint.
It was a great and long visit with plenty of tales to tell about each other’s projects.
He had just returned from a forest appraisal in Tasmania and another in Chile, with great stories to tell about both locations.
It was also good that he used to manage the property that we are currently appraising, since he was generous enough to share a lot of information about access and other insight to some of these remote locations.
Jack did not enjoy the time that I spent visiting with Tim, but he did enjoy a few snowbanks after the meeting. |
