The Groveton area of south Alexandria has seen a shift in housing sales year over year. Real estate is dynamic, non-static and for some areas a rollercoaster! I'm a local girl of Alexandria, Virginia and service the communities frequently. In my experience, similar homes in the the same community were exceededing 60 days on the market, this time last year; now, less than 21 days! How is that possible? Well, I'm honest enough to say, I don't have a magical crystal ball or vetted facts to support my theories; however, sometimes its all about the market. There seems to have been a shift in buyer confidence; low interest rates coupled with employment stability, continues to make Alexandria the top of desired cities in the DC metro area. As experienced agents, The H Williams Group absolutely can control certain variables for clients: accurate pricing, home condition and maximum exposure. What we can't control are the market swings and shifts; yet can prepare all clients to be best prepared for it. I'm telling ya, what a difference a year makes for the homeowners of South Alexandria!
