I wish that ALL of my sellers were like this one. She did everything that I asked her to before she put it on the market. After it sold, she had it cleaned and made ready for the new owners.  I've never seen a seller more excited for their buyers. And she just wanted to make sure that the people moving in were going to love it as much as she did!
