The condo market in Danbury,CT is relativity unchanged compared to this point last year. According to data gathered from the CMLS, so far this year (2015), 161 condos were sold in Danbury compared to 170 in the same time period. The average sales price changed from $233,447 to $225,639, with the median price adjusting to $198,000 from $215,000.
Some communities had an increase in sales activity. Twice as many units were sold so far this year at Westwood Village (10 units compared to 5) and there was a increase at Timber Oaks (7 up for 4 before). Activity at Sterling Woods did decline to 9 units, compared to 12, but there were fewer listings.
