Facebook is always adding new features to it's advertising platform and this weeks additions are actually quite good!

Here are the two big new features:
1) If a client or customer complains on your business page, you can now take the conversation to a private chat instead of keeping the conversation going on the public page were everyone can see it.
2) This is the best!!! If you advertise on Facebook, potential customers can start a private chat with your business page right the ad they see on their news feed. Facebook will also be adding a new "very responsive" badge to your business page. The criteria to get the badge is a response to 90% with an average response time of 5 minuets.
If you do not already have the Pages mobile app for Facebook, it seems like as business owners we all will soon.
