Hi Lou.  It's hard to achieve goals without identifying what they are.  That's the first step for sure.

Lou - on paper, and internalized, and motivating and positive beliefs will make it happen.

Definitely, creating goals and then figuring out a way to achieve them will get you much closer to where you want to be. 

Drive, persistance and committment are all great attributes. We all get stopped along the way. It's what we do when we are stopped that makes the difference

This is a wonderful outline to follow when we are willing to commit to getting what we truly want.  I am of the same belief as MIKE ROCK in as much as if you are willing to take the time to handwriting your goals you are will to take the time to focus your efforts to get what you want.  It is how I start my year every January and how I do revisions.  Putting the pen to paper approach still works for me even in this digital age.

Those who are successful find a way to be successful.  They are driven to do so
