Sunday Open House for Pool Home in Laguna

Today is a mix of good news and bad news, unlike most Sundays. Waking up to discover even more plug-ins on my website missing today was a bit of a shock. It is definitely time to find a new web guy. But the good news is I was able to put another home into escrow this morning, and the counter offer arrived late last night, so it was sitting in my email when I turned on my computer.

I let all agents I'm working with know that I do not work 24 hours a day, even though it might seem like it. I work a respectable 12 hours a day, from about 7 AM to 7 PM. If it can't get done during that time period, by golly, it can wait.

So while we will still honor our open house commitments to the public on the home that just went pending, we have a brand new listing that just went on the market on Friday and is still available. It will be open today.

My site might be temporarily down if my web guy is doing what I told him to do, which is move it back to my original host server today, and I apologize if you cannot reach my blog. Karen Fiddler, Broker/Owner Ha, ha, nope, Laguna is part of Elk Grove and many different subdivisions make up Laguna. This home is in Laguna Villa. Having lived in Newport Beach for years myself, I, too, think of Laguna Beach when I see it, and I've been in Sacramento almost as long as I lived in Newport Beach. I still get thrown every now and then when I see I-5 North and it's not toward LA.

Chris Ann Cleland We might be on opposite coasts but buyers' tastes seem to be universal. They all want that first floor bedroom and full bath in a two-story home. It's a big drawback not to have it.

Conrad Allen We don't know yet because many of those buyers who came through the open house were already working with an agent, so we couldn't tie them to a chair and beat them with a rolled-up magazine. It's very likely an offer will come from one of them, though.
