Endre Barath, Jr. there is a program that we use by Adobe to sample the color, and it gives you the correct RGB portions for the web and for print.  We use is all the time, to get the right shade for our client's websites and brands.

One of my favorites - eggplant!  So pretty! Do you remember a cook book from years ago - Recipe for a Small Planet?  That's where I got fabulous recipes for eggplant that I make to this day.

Those eggplants are almost flourescent in color!  I saw some similar yesterday, when I was at our local KP International Market.  I think they are an Asian variety!

Myrl Jeffcoat these are Japanese eggplant, and the dark purple but smaller version are Chinese.  I think that the Chinese are sweeter.  Both cook faster than the Globe.
